Yes, you can install Ubuntu Satanic on top of your Ubuntu Christian Edition
Why is that? Well, because Ubuntu Satanic Edition – Linux for the Damned is not actually a distro, but only a series of themes (desktop images, colour schemes a.s.o.), while Ubuntu Christian Edition is a full Ubuntu distro (based on Feisty plus some extra software like The Word and E-Sword for Bible studies, or the Virtual Rosary).
In addition, the nice people at Ubuntu Satanic Edition (btw, we’ve read about it here) even show you how to do it!
