You remember Nurikabe, right? This is also about islands, but now you have to build bridges between them. Rules are quite simple: (1) the numbers on an island tell you how many bridges that island must have; (2) bridges can be only horizontal or vertical, simple or double and they cannot cross; (3) everything must be connected.
